In addition to offering free UPS ground shipping in the continental U.S., we provide discounted rates on our other available shipping methods.

Most orders will ship on the same day they're placed. However, there are some exceptions: orders can't be shipped on weekends, orders submitted after 2PM PST can't be shipped until the next day, and there may also be days in the holiday rush when even orders submitted before 2PM PST can't be shipped out until the next day.

We also encourage you to order early so you'll have more time to choose & pack your gifts. There's no substitute for having a box in hand to see if a gift will fit inside!

Please contact us if you'll be ordering 4 or more units, or need delivery outside of the 50 U.S. states.

Sales tax for CA residents.

Since we are based in California, we're required to add 8.25% sales tax to orders shipping to addresses in California. Orders shipping outside California do not have sales tax added.

Our guarantee is very simple: if you're not satisfied with your Twelve Days gift boxes, return them within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price. Just contact us for return instructions. Please note that shipping charges you may have paid for 2nd-day air or overnight delivery cannot be refunded, nor can we pay for you to ship your boxes back to us.

Need to return an item? No problem.

If your return is within 30 days of your purchase, just contact us and we'll give you a return authorization number and directions on where to send your return. In the unlikely event you should receive a damaged or defective product, we'll rush you a replacement unit.
